Happy Friday Everyone!!!

Today we have a gorgeous engagement session from Photography Du Jour to share (you might remember the lovely Shauna from her awesome DIY Decor with Canvas Prints feature). Today we get to see her awesome photography skills as she shares Christopher & Cassie’s e-shoot!

Shauna shares:

The session was done at the Handley Library (link) in Winchester, Virginia.  The library can be rented out for photography purposes at the rate of $25 per hour, which is a steal in my humble opinion.  The bride to be is a teacher and loves to read so we thought the historic library was the perfect spot.  There is also a train station and breezeway close by that also have great photo opportunities.

Now let’s meet the marvelous couple, Christopher & Cassie:

Sparks flew for Christopher and Cassie when they attended the wedding of high school friends. She was best friends with the bride. He was best friends with the groom. At the time they were living on opposite sides of the country due to work. Their long distance relationship grew through late night phone calls, Skype and lots of frequent flyer miles. They had their first date over the Christmas holiday when they were both home in Virginia. One year later, underneath a ball of mistletoe, Christopher got down on one knee and Cassie said, “Yes!” They will be married in Round Hill, Virginia in July.

Thanks to Photography Du Jour for sharing and best of luck to Cassie & Christopher!!
