I am EXHAUSTED! Charlie’s still been battling a cold, and now Justin caught it too. But the highlight of the weekend was that Charlie (finally) said, “Dada”, yesterday…just in time for Father’s Day! I think I felt my heart explode! I’m hoping Charlie can kick this cold soon, though I don’t mind the extra snuggles lately. The extra crankiness, I could do without ;) Hoping you all had a great weekend, and your week is off to a better start!
Our goal with this styled shoot was to showcase a venue and vibe that brought a little vintage Europe to Hawaii. We wanted to keep that whimsical, dreamy vibe while bringing a new perspective! Our purpose is really to show brides coming here that there are options.
It wasn’t difficult to bring our vision to life with the space that Sunset Ranch Hawaii offers. From the getting ready space to rolling green hills and horses in the background, we were pulling in major Pride and Prejudice vibes with a modern twist.
The incredible invitation suite and vow books used in this styled wedding boast a handmade paper, dyed with botanicals. A lengthy process, Michelle, from Juniper Calligraphy, is incredible with shaping the paper in an artistic way that highlights her penmanship.
Ground circle arches in Hawaii have been few and far between from what we’ve seen, and we really wanted to showcase a trendy style that showcases the area. Whether it’s on a mountain or at the beach, it leaves room for a stunning view.
The gold-dipped, white Opihi necklace and bracelet are handmade here in Hawaii. Not only does Karen make all of the jewelry, but she dives for all of the shells used!
