Happy Friday, Romancers! The week seems to have blown by, and the sun is shining, so no complaints over here. We’re planning an afternoon day trip to Annapolis to visit a friend’s newly opened bistro, and grab some food for the Super Bowl, and I’m looking forward to the slight change of scenery. So let’s kick off this weekend with not one, but two looks for this styled shoot! Have a great weekend!

This styled wedding was created with a southwestern twist. The vendors played with textures and the 2020 Pantone color of the year, Classic Blue! As a photographer, during this time of year, it is difficult to get your creative juice flowing with all the distractions. That is why I was grateful for this very hot (not only temperature wise), and lovely day at Bansen Farms. All the creatives poured their heart and souls out into every stitch, layout, taste, arrangement, and design. Unlike most styled shoots, this one had two couples, two color pallets, two cakes, two sets of invitations suites, two bouquets, two sets of everything!

We got to play with soft blues and browns, with a fun hat and suspenders for one couple. There was a rustic, southern lounge area in front of the vintage mobile bar and a classic triangle arbor sitting among a few trees. Then, there was a quaint sweetheart table with pink and gold tones and a floral wooden backdrop for the ceremony space, tucked in the woods.

Let’s not forget one of the main events – the craft bar experience. The bartenders mixed signature drinks for the couples based on their unique personalities. This service will make any wedding top notch. They catered the perfect refreshment for the perfect day!
